You know, it'd odd. When Class of 3000 was coming out, the whole animation community (including myself) all were predicting it to be bad (due in part to Cartoon Network's creepily overzealous promotion of the program). Then when the dirty dealings that got the show the greenlight were exposed, everyone started taking giant shits all over the show. And yet....it's one of the best cartoon shows I think has been on Cartoon Network in a long time. It has a sort of "Hey Arnold" charm with good animation, adorable character designs, funny dialogue, and extremely catchy music (courtesy of Outkast). And each episode has a quick musical interlude done in a different animation style and technique.
It's seem kind of ironic, what a success it's become.
Whether or not this is a good thing or not, who knows. But it's definitely a show I am enjoying quite a bit. And I am looking forward to season 2 whenever the heck that starts.
I caught a baby shark today. I work a nice short 5-10 shift tomorrow. _________________________ _________________________ ________________________
