Well.
It arrived today. I must say I'm overjoyed, and wary. It's not perfect, but I knew it wouldnt be. Its definitely above my expectations.
I am talking of my tablet pc I've been gabbling about the last couple of weeks.
It's certainly scads better than a mouse.
I've already fiddled with it. Fellow film-lover, Mrat, was telling me he was having a squabble with Honkbarn on an animation message board.
So I decided to try to draw my own little "honkbarnesque" critter.
I'm going to practice as much with this thing as I can. It's been a long time since I've been able to animate traditionally by hand.
Once I've gotten my thunder back, I will transfer polypeptide over to it and finish it on an awesome note.
The screen is pressure sensitive, which is also nice.
Oh.
As the 3-5 people who read this sad little journal might have noticed, I have done my randomly timed blog redesign. It's not been COMPLETELY overhauled as sometimes happens. Just given a more colorful and easier to read facelift. A little nip. A little tuck. A little botox and she's good as new.

You are a fantastic animator. Wow.
...that guy tripping on the fence might be the greatest thing I've ever seen. Especially the very last frame of it. I love it.
if you worked on your sense of timing you'd have a lot more fun style!
